SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

The New Mexico Association Medical Staff Services has established The Professional Certification Scholarship Program to assist its members in obtaining the National Association Medical Staff Services Certified Provider Medical Services Management (CPMSM), Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS), or Certified Provider Enrollment Specialist (CPES), Certification.

Two scholarships per year will be awarded and will cover the cost of the exam only. While the Professional Certification Scholarship Program is overseen by the NMAMSS Scholarship Committee, the final selection is made by the NMAMSS Board of Directors based upon the following requirements.

 Thank you for interest in volunteering with the New Mexico Association of Medical Staff Services! Please fill out this short application to help us learn more about you and help us match you with the best opportunity.  

Active members shall be those individuals having responsibility for medical staff services related functions in a healthcare entity, managed care organization, CVO, and related fields dealing with physicians and other healthcare practitioners. Active members shall pay dues and shall be eligible to vote and hold office. Active members shall be encouraged to join the National Association of Medical Staff Services. 

Once you submit the application you will receive  an invoice from paypal.
